This page explains how innocent (formerly Dua Perfume) handles your information when you use this website.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, city, delivery address, order notes and (if you give it) your email address.
- When you join our WhatsApp list: your phone number.
- Your cart is kept in your own browser so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you order.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, including calling or messaging you on WhatsApp.
- To send updates about your order.
- To send offers on WhatsApp only if you joined the list. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who sees it
Only our team and the courier who delivers your parcel (name, phone and address). We do not sell your information.
