7-day returns

Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or by phone. Keep the product in its original packaging and do not use it more than needed to try it, so that we can return or exchange it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or with a different item, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day. We will replace it or refund you.

How to start

  1. Message +92 310 333 4484 on WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. We tell you where to send the product.
  3. Once it reaches us we exchange it or refund you.
